Our History

Near Lake Como, the B&B La Corte and Home Restaurant is located in a historic courtyard. It was formerly a barn of the 1800s that my dad has renovated and transformed into a building divided into several portions. This division of the structure into parts, made me, Ilenia, in the year 2017, want to transform them into rooms for holidays with the purpose of making our guests discover the beauty that surrounds us, that is the Lake Como, Making them feel at home. My name is Ilenia and I will be your host, I will personally welcome you and make sure to prepare everything for you to live a truly unforgettable stay.  I will recommend the best excursions to discover the beauty of Lake Como. My mother, Graziella, has a passion for cooking and has worked in restaurants on Lake Como also in Germany and Luxembourg, knowing best the internationality of dishes. It will be a pleasure for you to discover Lake Como from the point of view of Italian cuisine, thanks to its lessons on pasta preparation and much more. You will start your tour on Lake Como with the delicacies that it will prepare for breakfast. Our goal is not only to give you a stay but to make you live an experience and make you feel a little Italian during your holiday. The key to success and the basis of our business is not having luxury things, because that can have all facilities; everyone can have luxurious rooms, but it is humility, hospitality with passion and the desire to never stop to achieve their goals, that distinguishes us. This website was created by me, Ilenia, after taking a course, it is not perfect but I hope to have achieved my goal, that is to convey my passion for hospitality.
